Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
NUYOOU is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
NUYOOU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NUYOOU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
