These Trial Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the NUYOOU Enzyme Renewal Cleanser Trial Offer (“Trial Offer”), including any associated subscription, recurring billing authorization, replenishment program, or promotional offer connected to the Trial Offer. By participating in the Trial Offer, completing checkout, submitting payment information, or checking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box, you expressly acknowledge, agree to, and accept all Terms outlined below.
1. Trial Offer Overview
The NUYOOU Trial Offer allows eligible customers to receive one (1) NUYOOU Enzyme Renewal Cleanser trial product by paying shipping and handling charges at checkout.
Customers participating in the Trial Offer will:
- Receive one (1) NUYOOU Enzyme Renewal Cleanser trial product
- Pay shipping and handling charges at checkout
- Be enrolled into an automatically renewing subscription program
- Receive a limited trial evaluation period prior to the first rebill
- Be automatically charged according to the subscription terms unless canceled before the applicable billing date

- Trial Product Price Today: FREE
- Shipping & Handling Charge: $8.00 USD standard shipping or applicable express shipping charges
- Future Subscription Charge: $78.00 USD plus applicable taxes and shipping fees
- Initial Subscription Delay: Approximately 12 days from initial order date
NUYOOU reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the Trial Offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Subscription Enrollment & Automatic Renewal
By participating in the Trial Offer, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are enrolling into a recurring subscription and automatic renewal program connected to the NUYOOU Enzyme Renewal Cleanser.
The customer authorizes NUYOOU, Recharge, Shopify, and all related payment processors and billing providers to:
- Store the customer’s payment information
- Process future charges automatically
- Charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription orders
- Continue billing according to the applicable subscription schedule unless canceled
The customer understands and agrees that:
- The Trial Offer is not a one-time free product giveaway
- The Trial Offer includes enrollment into an automatically renewing subscription program
- The customer’s payment method may be automatically charged without additional authorization before each renewal
- Charges may continue on a recurring basis unless canceled
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before future billing dates
The customer further agrees that checking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box constitutes express informed consent to recurring billing and automatic renewal.
3. Trial Period & Delayed Billing
The Trial Offer includes an introductory delayed billing period intended to allow customers to evaluate the product prior to the first subscription rebill.
The customer understands and agrees that:
- The subscription rebill may occur approximately 12 days after the initial order date
- Shipping carriers, delivery times, weekends, holidays, and fulfillment delays may affect actual delivery timing
- NUYOOU does not guarantee a specific number of trial days after physical delivery
- Subscription billing timing is based on the configured subscription automation and billing schedule
Unless canceled before the applicable rebill date, the customer authorizes NUYOOU to automatically charge the payment method on file for the full product price and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.
To avoid future charges, including the initial post-trial rebill, cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle processes.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through:
- Customer subscription portal
- Email support
- Official customer support channels provided by NUYOOU
The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Cancellation requests submitted after a charge has processed may not prevent billing
- NUYOOU is not responsible for missed cancellation deadlines
- Customers are solely responsible for monitoring subscription status and billing dates
- Failure to review these Terms does not invalidate recurring billing authorization
NUYOOU reserves the right to verify customer identity before processing cancellation requests.
5. Return Policy & Trial Product Returns
To qualify for return consideration related to the Trial Offer:
- The customer must contact NUYOOU before the applicable billing deadline
- The product container must be returned if requested
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Products showing excessive use, abuse, tampering, fraud, or intentional damage may not qualify for return consideration
NUYOOU reserves sole discretion regarding return approvals associated with Trial Offer products.
6. Restocking & Processing Fee
Approved trial-related returns may be subject to a $12.00 USD restocking and processing fee.
This fee helps offset:
- Fulfillment labor
- Packaging costs
- Trial processing expenses
- Payment processing fees
- Inventory handling
- Opened cosmetic/skincare product loss
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Shipping and handling fees
- Express shipping upgrades
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees
- Payment processing fees
- Charges associated with used or opened skincare products
8. Recurring Billing Authorization
By completing checkout and participating in the Trial Offer, the customer expressly authorizes NUYOOU and its payment processors to automatically process recurring charges associated with the subscription program.
Recurring charges may include:
- Product replenishment charges
- Subscription renewal charges
- Shipping charges
- Applicable taxes
- Authorized subscription modifications
The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Subscription renewals may process automatically without additional notice before each billing cycle
- Future charges may continue indefinitely unless canceled
- The customer is responsible for maintaining valid payment information
- Declined payments may result in reattempted billing
The customer expressly waives any claim that future subscription charges were unauthorized if the subscription was not properly canceled.
9. Product Use Disclaimer
Individual skincare results may vary.
NUYOOU products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or dermatological concerns.
Customers with sensitive skin are encouraged to patch test products prior to full application.
10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
NUYOOU reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Deny future purchases
- Limit quantities
- Reject suspicious transactions
- Restrict Trial Offer participation
- Cancel accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, excessive returns, or chargeback activity
Multiple trial claims, suspicious purchasing behavior, or misuse of promotional offers may result in permanent account restrictions.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
NUYOOU is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Holidays
- Fulfillment interruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier delivery failures
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment confirmation to the carrier.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact NUYOOU directly to attempt resolution of any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Subscription cancellation
- Collections activity
- Recovery of associated fees and costs
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Permanent purchasing restrictions
NUYOOU reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law related to fraudulent billing disputes and unauthorized chargeback abuse.
13. Modifications To Terms
NUYOOU reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate these Terms or the Trial Offer at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the subscription program after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NUYOOU shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Shipping delays
- Product dissatisfaction
- Allergic reactions
- Carrier delivery failures
- Subscription management errors caused by customer actions or omissions
NUYOOU’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the applicable order.
15. Acceptance of Terms & Electronic Consent
By participating in the Trial Offer, completing checkout, checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox, or submitting payment information, the customer represents and warrants that they:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Agree to recurring billing authorization
- Understand they are enrolling into an automatically renewing subscription program
- Authorize NUYOOU to charge the payment method on file according to the subscription terms
- Agree to the cancellation, rebilling, return, restocking fee, and subscription policies outlined herein
- Consent to receive electronic communications related to orders, billing, renewals, and subscription activity
The customer further acknowledges that acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement and electronic signature.
